We at Cendant currently offer training to all of our franchisees through our state of the art HUBB (Hospitality University by Brand) training center which is located at our headquarters in

Parsippany. This training is required of all new, owners and general managers and is designed to give our franchisees the tools and information necessary to meet brand standards.

Howard Johnson International Inc is also associated with The Monarch International College of Hotel Management in India, which is running a international standard Hotel management

College in association with one of the leading Australian and Switzerland Universities.

A Complete HRD backup will be provided to all the Howard Johnson Properties in India.

Every Howard Johnson General Manager must complete an operators' orientation program that familiarizes him or her with every aspect of Howard Johnson. General Manager’s vvill be guided on issues ranging from marketing to the reservation system to operations; from opening day through their daily routine. This is accomplished through a series of training programs, printed materials and personal visits. In addition, housekeeping, front office, maintenance and supervision training seminars are available, as well as an extensive and brand specific instructional videotape library and access to on-line property-level training seminars.
